Ordering Process
Ordering Your Memorial Jewellery
Creating Memorial Jewellery is a deeply personal process. Here at Love Remains I aim to make it as gentle, clear, and supportive as possible, whether you choose to order online or visit me in person.
1. Choose Your Jewellery
Select your preferred piece from my collections:
Ashes visible or hidden
Colour options for the resin
Optional engraving (certain products)
If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to guide you.
2. Place Your Order
Orders can be placed:
Online
By message or phone
In person during a face-to-face appointment
Once your order is confirmed, I’ll explain the next steps clearly and answer any questions you may have.
3. Providing Your Inclusions
Only a very small amount of ashes, hair, fur, or other inclusion is required.
You may:
Send your inclusions securely by tracked post or
Bring them with you to a face-to-face appointment, where I will carefully take what is needed on the day
All inclusions are treated with the utmost respect, and any unused material is safely returned to you.
4. Handcrafting Your Jewellery
Once I have received your inclusions, I will begin creating your Jewellery by hand in my workshop.
Each piece is individually made with care and attention.
Typical turnaround time is 2–6 weeks, depending on the design.
5. Delivery or Collection
Your finished jewellery will be:
Sent to you via secure, tracked delivery or
Available for collection by arrangement
Your completed piece will arrive beautifully presented and ready to cherish.
Face-to-Face Appointments (By Appointment Only)
I offer private consultations at my home workshop in Lowton, Warrington (WA3).
These appointments are ideal if you would prefer a more personal experience.
During your appointment, you can:
View Jewellery samples in person
Discuss design, colours, and engraving
Have ring sizing done professionally
Hand over inclusions personally
Ask questions in a calm, supportive environment
Many customers find face-to-face appointments reassuring, especially when ordering something so meaningful.
Appointments must be booked in advance to ensure privacy and comfort.
A Gentle Reassurance
I understand that ordering memorial jewellery can be emotional. Please know that your loved one’s inclusions are always handled with care, dignity, and respect, and you are welcome to contact me at any point during the process.
